The things we build today will still be standing at the end of the century, when the IPCCC says our planet could be 3.5 degrees celsius hotter, bringing catastrophic consequences. Today’s developments could play a major role in that warming - or they could lay the groundwork for a different path forward. One that’s safer and healthier for all of us.
The technology and expertise is increasingly available to deliver lower emission, higher quality developments that are better for their inhabitants and the environment. Yet awareness and acceptance of new methods is still in its infancy. Our aim is to bring these new and improved practices to the decision tables, helping developers find more responsible, sustainable solutions and ensuring that these morally correct options also deliver stronger profitability.

Our mission is to accelerate the transition to clean building by ensuring that the most environmentally and socially responsible developments are the most successful developments.
We do this through compelling concepts, engaging education and creative promotion, with a meaningful edge and a positive impact.
Inefficient buildings are becoming increasingly vulnerable to higher taxation, as well as higher operational & maintenance costs.
They’ll achieve lower occupancies and lower rents, while doing more damage to our planet.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) emphasize the importance of climate action, sustainable cities and a livable indoor environment. There is nothing more serious than the future of our planet, and to show our commitment to taking real and decisive action, we have partnered with some of the world’s most reputable organizations to ensure our actions are as responsible as possible.
We are Climate Neutral Certified, which means that we measure all of our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions each year and offset them entirely while working towards ongoing emissions reductions.
Each year, we set aside a certain percentage of our work as in-kind services and we offer reduced rates to businesses that are benefiting humanity and the planet.
We are committed to learning and upskilling, staying abreast of the latest standards, certifications and innovations.
We are committed to pushing the boundaries. To thinking outside the box, rather than bringing a template solution to every problem.
We are committed to driving both discussion and action towards a climate neutral / net zero world.
We’re pending certification and partnership with a number of other leading global sustainability organizations, which means we’re in the process of completing rigorous assessments of our practices and policies as they relate to the environment, workers, customers, community, and governance.
There’s a lot more work to be done, and we’re far from perfect, but we will continue to work behind the scenes to improve on an ongoing basis. We welcome collaborations that can assist us towards our goals, and we’ll keep working to find new ways to deliver better outcomes.
