The recognition quickly gained media attention, with coverage from AP News, Luxuo, Luxury Travel Magazine, Luxury Lifestyle Magazine, and more. It was also featured in Haute Living, where the author described Villa Embrace as a “one-of-a-kind destination.” In their words, “Villa Embrace goes above and beyond to provide the ultimate luxury villa experience, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to experience it.”

Terra Homes Secures Triple Victory at International Property Awards

Terra Homes, a stunning luxury villa development in Montenegro, stole the spotlight at this year’s International Property Awards. The project claimed three top awards, cementing its place as one of Europe’s premier residential destinations.

We’re excited to announce that Johari Beach Residences is now completely sold out! With a diverse buyer base spanning 11 countries, the entire development has been fully reserved within just 16 months of its launch, an impressive achievement, driven largely by strategic digital lead generation.

As the project’s primary sales and marketing partner, Proven’s team played a leading role in this success. We utilized advanced digital tools to expand outreach and focused on building a compelling social media presence that captured the unique appeal of the Johari Beach lifestyle. Additionally, we enhanced the client experience by perfecting site tours and creating a welcoming sales office environment, using detailed storyboards to ensure each visit stood out. This dedication to detail resulted in overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients and prospects alike.

Our strategic partnership with Hard Launch Hospitality was also crucial, helping us garner credibility and establish Johari Beach Residences as a premier new resort destination on the island.

Sandbank Villas Phase 1 Fully Reserved

Following the success of Johari Beach Residences, Phase 1 of Sandbank Villas is now fully reserved, with buyers from South Africa, the UAE, Netherlands, the UK, and other key markets, a strong endorsement of the development’s investment potential.

Our marketing and sales teams worked closely to showcase this unique investment opportunity, and it’s rewarding to see high-value prospects recognize the appeal of this emerging destination.

The project has captured global media attention and received two prestigious industry awards. Recently featured in Khaleej Times, Sandbank Villas continues to build momentum. With one pre-launch reservation already secured for Phase 2, anticipation for the next phase is rapidly increasing.
